The systems people are hired, paid, developed and retained through are overdue for a rebuild. We back the recruitment and HR software — the platforms, applicant tracking and rails behind them — that fit how teams actually work, not how an HRIS vendor wished they did a decade ago.
What we
build
Recruitment · Payroll · HRIS · Workforce ops · ComplianceRecruitment & applicant tracking
Sourcing, screening and ATS workflows that get the right person hired faster — not another inbox of CVs nobody reads.
HR information systems
The core HRIS that becomes the single source of truth for people data the rest of the stack can finally trust.
Workforce platforms
Onboarding, performance and retention tools that people actually open twice a day.
Payroll & compliance rails
Engines that keep pace with cross-border, multi-entity and contingent work.
Talent infrastructure
The data layer underneath recruiting, mobility and workforce planning.
Workforce analytics & planning
Headcount, cost and capability modelled on live data, so planning stops being a quarterly guess in a spreadsheet.
What good looks like
A great HR product disappears into the workflow. It cuts the admin nobody signed up for, gives leaders a true picture of their people, and stays compliant without anyone thinking about it. We build for the operator and the employee at once, because adoption is the whole game.

Sector
questions
HR · the common onesDo you only build in hr?
We go deep in six sectors, and HR and Human Capital is one of them. Outside those six we'd just be expensive generalists; inside them we bring real domain conviction and the technical depth to ship. If you're sitting near the edge of the sector, talk to us anyway — the boundary is fuzzier than the list looks.
Will you invest, or only build?
Both. HR and Human Capital is live for the studio and the fund — we co-build companies here with our own operators and capital, and we back others with investment. Sometimes the right answer is a build, sometimes a cheque, often a bit of both. Same domain conviction behind either.
We already have a hr product — can you help scale or modernise it?
Yes, and a lot of our work looks exactly like that. We take a system that's proven the point and give it the architecture, team and capital to scale, or modernise one that's quietly aged into a constraint — working in your stack and your team rather than forcing a risky big-bang rewrite.
